Decided to make my cheese enchiladas. The recipe is top secret, so don't even ask me for it. You may be able to coax it out of me with some help from Benjamin Franklin though.
Decided to break in my Calphalon classic nonstick bakeware springform pan that Michael got me as a housewarming gift off my Amazon wishlist and make an Oreo cheesecake. It's quite heavenly and I am having an extremely hard time from not wanting to just devour the entire thing in one sitting. If you would like to try making it yourself, you can find the recipe here. Although I did not top it off with a dollop of whip cream as I did not have any, I think it would be a nice finishing touch, and will definitely do it in the event that I make it again.

While I love every square foot of the interior of my apartment, I thought I would venture onto my patio today and enjoy the remainder of what has been an incredibly beautiful day and blog.
If you frequent my site you may have noticed that the frequency of updates and blog posts has declined over the last couple of months. This is not an uncommon occurrence, as there seems to be a phase in a recurring cycle in which I become burnt out. If I had to make a self diagnosis I would say that this occurs from the result of overworking. Fortunately I feel as though this phase is nearing its end and things should start returning to normal in the not too distant future. With that being said I am going to try really hard to increase the frequency of updates and blog posts as I am sure there are a few of you out there that might be curious to know what has been going on with me over the last couple of months.

As I was rejected by Abercrombie & Fitch for their Manager in Training position, I have vowed never to shop there or at any of their subsidiaries ever again. While I will continue wearing any articles of clothing purchased from them prior to my being rejected, it is now time to fine other retailers to do business with in the event that I ever have any discretionary income to spend.
One of those retailers may be Threadless, a community-based tee shirt company that offers a huge selection of unique, cool and funny tee shirts. There are quite a few that I really dig, particularly this one. I’ve been hesitant to place an order as I am slightly worried about how the tee shirts will fit me compared to those from Abercrombie & Fitch, but I think I just need to bite the bullet and order one and find out for myself. But do I want to get a small or a medium? Hmmm…
