Just got done manscaping yesterday (I'll have videos of that soon too, so keep checking back for those updates.) and wanted to show off the new royal and gold Go Softwear briefs that my longtime member (Thanks Larry!) sent me. As always I captured it in Toddy HD, so I could share it with all of you. To your left is a screen capture from the video of me modeling the undearwear. Not sure why they are called Go Softwear as they always make me hard LOL. Members can find both a HD quality version and a DVD quality version of this video inside the Drawer section. If you remember my January 7, 2008 video blog where I vented about American Airlines and Dell, you'll be pleased to know that both companies came through and gave me exactly what I asked for. American Airlines gave me a refund of $98.82, a little over 23% of my ticket price, so I am happy. I will continue to do business with them in the future. Dell on the other hand, has lead me to believe that the call center is ran by all of those chimpanzees that you see in those Career Builder commercials. Even though the Dell representative specifically said "Please provide me with the ship to address where you want us to delivery the order." to which I gave them my address, they shipped it to my grandma, who placed the initial order for it back in 2006. She then shipped it to me, and I am reimbursing her $8.90 for postage. In the end I got the replacement Dell bluetooth wireless keyboard and mouse I wanted, so I am happy, but I don't think I will be buying a Dell product ever again. Sorry Michael. Alright, classes started back up on Monday. Even though I should be excited to start because its my last semester, part of me was not ready. I wasn't really sure how the parking situation would be, so I ended up getting to campus at about 9:45 just to play it safe. I got online and checked emails until my 11:00 Consumer and Market Behavior class started. My first class was like any first day of class, we went over the syllabus. After that I went to my 12:00 Strategic Management and Business Policy class and again, we went over the syllabus and then went around the room introducing ourselves, what our major was, and where we worked. "Hi my names Todd, I'm a marketing major, and um I'm self employed and I um build websites." LOL. And that was my exciting first day of school.
Second day of school was pretty much identical to the first first day. I ended up getting to campus at about 9:45. I got online and checked emails until my 11:00 Intermediate Business Statistics class started. My first class was like any first day of class, we went over the syllabus. After that I went to my 12:30 Principles of Advertising class and again, we went over the syllabus and then went around the room introducing ourselves, what our major was, and where we worked. This was the only class I was really nervous about, because unlike the other 3 classes, this one had a professor that I have never had before and her ratings on RateMyProfessors.com were not good. I took the class anyway, because I thought it looked more exciting than the other marketing classes I could have taken. Upon meeting her though she seems like a nice person and I am a bit puzzled why a majority of the comments about her are negative. Perhaps there is another side to her that she has yet to show us. After that I came home and relaxed until it was time to go to my 5:45 Hatha Yoga class. I honestly didn't think that we would be doing anything on the first day of class except for going over the syllabus, but the professor, who was supposed to be "hot", went right into doing yoga. I didn't bring any workout clothes so I had to do it in my jeans, which was not very comfortable. The class was painful, and being sore from going to the gym on Monday sure didn't help. Despite the fact that I will probably experience a lot more pain in the upcoming 15 weeks, I think it will be an enjoyable class. I hope to share that pain with you in the form of a new section I plan on calling Toddyoga.Labels: Random Thoughts |

Well I have been blogging a little over a week now, and unfortunately I haven't gotten that much feedback from people about it. I guess I was expecting to get a little more interaction from people in the form of comments, but it has been the complete opposite. To anyone out there that frequents my blog, I would love to know what you think of my it so far. To leave a comment, just click the "# Comments" link below and fill out the fields. Even though we live in an age where most people probably buy songs and albums from iTunes or similar sites, for some reason I still like having the physical CD, even though I convert it to a digital format to listen to on my computer and iPod. I decided to go through my CDs to see if there was anything I was willing to part with. Of the 105 CDs I have, I decided to part with 9, but at least that puts me into double digits again. When I said I was going to make this website a success through increased promotion and content, you weren't getting Punk'd, I was serious! I thought that promoting my website at the gay clubs I have been frequenting would be a great way to promote, so I created a Toddylive.com t-shirt to do just that. I will be sure to take a picture of the actual t-shirt when I receive it (assuming it turns out good), but in the meantime the picture below should give you a good idea to how it should turn out. If you haven't caught on, I am in the mood to organize. With the completion of organizing the Razr, the next task on my to do list is to redo Toddyhoo!, my little offline website for storing important information. Its a simple website with a link to my address book, login names, recipes, and more. Each link goes to its own separate page. My address book for example, has subcategories for friends, family, etc. Each group has columns for name, address, number, email address, instant messengers & websites. Even though I have a address book on Gmail where a lot of the same information is stored, the address book on Toddyhoo! has a lot of contacts that I want to have stored, but don't necessarily need to access as frequently. Other pages on the site are organized similar. Even though it doesn't look like I will get it all redone tonight I got a majority of it done so I shouldn't have any problems finishing it up tomorrow. If you haven't heard, my 65 year old grandma has a nicer cell phone than me. Yeah she got an iPhone for Christmas, while I still have my Razr that I have had for almost 3 years now (Not that I have anything against my Razr). Anyhow, my friend Robert was looking through my address book one day and wanted to know why some of my contacts had a FA-, FR-, etc. before them. Well I did that so that certain names would be grouped together when I scrolled through my contacts. Turns out you can put your contacts in categories, which is essentially what I was trying to do, and more efficient. I just didn't know how to do it until he showed me how. So I spent most of the night going through all my contacts and putting them in their appropriate categories, removing the FA-, FR-, etc, and I also added several new contacts. I keep everyones numbers on this offline website I have on my computer and there were some numbers that I wanted to get put on my phone. Not a very exciting way to spend the night, but it was something I felt I needed to get done.Labels: Random Thoughts |

New Years Resolutions |
| |

|
| |

So a new year is upon us and as always its time once again to make those resolutions. In the past I have attempted to stay off of some of those addicting hookup sites, but it never lasts. So this year I am embracing the fact that I have a sexual addiction and have decided to come up with some new resolutions instead. For starters I am going to try to start eating healthier again, so bye bye corn dogs, Oreo cookie dessert, Dominoes pizza, Krispy Kreme, and all you other bad foods. Second, I am going to start working out again (starting Monday). The incredibly long vacation I took away from the gym these past couple of months was nice, but lets face it, if I want to land a hot muscle whatever, I am going to have to be one myself. Third, use more lotion. I know that is probably one of the most bizarre resolutions, but I think I need to start taking better care of my skin. Last, I am going to make this website a success through increased promotion and content. I'm a marketing major so there is no reason why my website shouldn't be successful. Even though I will be graduating this spring and will probably land some decent paying job (I hope anyway!) I have decided that my website will continue to exist until I am forced to take it down for whatever unforeseen reason that may arise. I will have student loans to pay off so the sooner I can take care of those the better.Labels: Random Thoughts |
